Song of The Week: "FlowersForAmy" by Rosewater

BlkSunChild switched gears and dropped an instrumental EP under the moniker Rosewater. The Nashville rapper went further South and landed in Miami to make his latest project, Beer&Udon/WhileWePretend. His goal with this release was to take the time to learn how to produce, mix and master, and DJ because "[he] really enjoys shutting the hell up sometimes and just putting out solid music." With Beer&Udon/WhileWePretend, Rosewater aims to "spark 'feeling' within people, because n*ggas don't feel no more." The lo-fi EP samples the greats, including Erykah Badu and Amy Winehouse.
